Extreme Makeover: Pinkner edition

Okay….so we got a new wall color and floor in our kitchen. Not a complete overhaul or anything, but I am so thankful for non-white floors—aka “dirt colored” floors. Bailey, our boxer, is always bringing in dirt and stepping in water to spread the love around my kitchen floor seconds after I mop it. Now, the dirt may be there, but I don’t have to see it and be moved to frustration:). I am so thankful to Dave and Emily Greer and Ben Green for tiling the floor (with our help)–they are the experts. Also, I see why the men like the power tools. Emily and I got to cut the baseboards and nail them in. What power! Let’s see some before and after pics…

  1. LOVE your version of the makeover! It’s funny to see how Greg posted one picture, but you have posted many. It’s the girl in us that wants all the fun details! LOL

Excited for you…love makeover pictures, but ever so grateful for the heavenly makeover to come!

    Blessings!

  2. I remember that kitchen. We used to talk for hours in that kitchen!!! I’m kind of getting sentimental about it. But the new one looks so amazing. I wish I could see it in person. I miss you guys and think of you often, and it always makes me smile.
